摘 要: 建立了茜素红催化荧光法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的新方法。体系在λex/λem=380/450(um),获得最佳实验条件为0.1%茜素红5.0mL,0.5mol/L盐酸3.8mL,饱和KI04溶液3.0mL,反应温度100℃.反应时间8min.铁量在0~10μg/25mL范围内呈良好线性,检测限为0.52ng/ mL,方法用于铸造铝合金和水样中铁(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。 A new catalysis-fluorescence determination method of trace Iron(Ⅲ) has been discribed by reagent alizarin red, at λex/λem = 380/450 (um), the optimal experimental conditions are 0. 1 % alizarin red5 ml, 0. 5 mol/l HCL 3. 8 ml, saturated solution KIO4 3. 0 ml, Temp. 100℃,T. 8 min. the detection limit is 5. 2 ng/ml. The method is applied to determine trace Iron(Ⅲ) in water sample and alloy samples with satisfactory results.
