摘 要: 中国民营企业,已成为中国经济舞台上一支举足轻重的力量。但是民企在其快速发展的过程中,也暴露了许多不容忽视的问题,这其中最为突出的是在人力资源管理方面存在种种弊端。试图运用理论联系实际、归纳和演绎相结合的方法,对民企在人力资源管理方面存在的问题进行深刻、全面地剖析和论证,并给出相应对策。 The private-owned economy, which occupies the half of the national economy, has made great contributions to the development of China, it has got a very important position in the whole national economy. During its development, however, the private-owned economy has showed many disadvantages that shouldn' t be ignored. Among which the most outstanding one lies in the human resources management. To these disadvantages, the article attempts to make a detail analysis and argument by means of "combining theory with practice, induction and deduction" so as to solve such problems in private-owned enterprises.
