摘　　要： 经过多年的研究，认为当前畜牧生产中估测黄牛体重的常用公式存在有较大的误差，并将其修改为体重（千克）＝胸围（厘米）2×体长（厘米）／10800，其中体长是测量从尾根基部下缘中点培背线至颈上缘与肩端垂线交点间的距离。用修改后的公式估测的黄牛体重与实际体重相比，误差为0．82％（－2．1～23％），经t检验差异不显著（p＜0．05）。 Basecl on some researches for mang years, this paper indicates that common formula of estimating Weight of yellow cattle in animal husbandry at present often has been used by mistake, and the paper gives a corrected formula as: weight(kg) =chest girth(cm)2 ×body length (cm)/10800. Estimated weight by the corrected formula conform relatively to reality weight of yellow cattle, mistake is 0. 82% (-2. 1~2.2% ) (P<0. 05).
