摘 要: 通过电化学还原溶解氧而产生初生态过氧化氢,其与鲁米诺之间的弱化学发光信号强烈地受联胺的增敏,由此建立了一种新的测定联胺的电化学发光分析新方法.结果表明,在0.1mol/L Na2CO3溶液中,终止电位为-1.1V条件下,体系的相对电化学发光强度与联胺的浓度在2.0×10^-8~8.0×10^-6g/mL范围内呈线性关系,测定的检出限为6.6×10^-9g/mL,相关系数为0.9990. The nascent H2O2 was in-situ electrogenerated at the surface of graphite electrode in the Na2CO3 aqueous medium, and it was found that the weak Chemiluminescence (CL) of Luminol reacting with nascent H2O2 could be greatly enhanced by hydrazine sulfate. Based on this finding, a novel Eelectrogenerated Chemiluminescence(ECL) method for the determination of hydrazine sulfate has been developed. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the calibration graphs were linear over the range 2.0 × 10^-8 ~8.0 × 10^- 6g/mL for hydrazine sulfate. The limits of detection ( S/N = 3) were 6.6 × 10^- 9g/mL for hydrazine sulfate and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 0.
