摘 要: 通过冻融循环过程沥青混合料水中质量变化及冻融前后混合料飞散质量损失进行沥青混合料的抗冻性能研究,并从机理上对循环冻融过程中沥青混合料质量变化及强度降低进行了分析.试验结果表明,冻融前后混合料水中质量变化确定的最佳沥青含量为6.0%~6.5%,冻融前后混合料质量飞散损失确定的最佳抗冻沥青含量为6.5%,结合上述两结果,提出寒区沥青混合料最佳油石比为6.3%,这一结果和青藏公路使用的现场最佳油石比比较接近. Based on mixture mass change in water and scattering loss in alternate freezing and thawing process, antifreeze capability of mixture is discussed, and the mechanism of asphalt mixtm'e mass change and strength depressing is analyzed in this paper.Test results show that the optimal asphalt content is 6.0% ~ 6.5% determined by mass change in water and 6.5% determined by mass scattering loss in alternate freezing and thawing process. From the test results, 6.3 % is regarded as optimal asphalt content adapted to lower temperature zones, and the optimal asphalt content is close to asphalt content used in Qing-Hai Tibet highway.
