摘　　要： 综述了复相陶瓷蒸发舟的种类,导电机理,制备方法,失效原因和性能改进等几个方面的研究状况,并对其发展趋势进行了分析与讨论,确定了今后的研究目标和方向。 In this paper, several aspects of compound ceramic evaporator were reviewed, included the category, conductive mechanism, preparation methods, failure mechanism, and performance improving, and furthermore the development trend of the evaporator was analyzed and discussed. The future research aims and directions were proposed.
