摘 要: 针对甲醇合成生产过程的特点和故障产生机制,将多智能体系统(MA S)技术引入到生产过程的故障诊断中,把生产过程划分为一些相对独立的组件,分派特定的诊断智能体对其进行故障诊断,通过智能体之间的协作,充分利用过程中的局部信息而给出整个过程的故障诊断结果。通过仿真实验,得到了满意的结果。 Considering the characteristics and fault mechanism of methanol synthesis process, this paper introduces MAS technique into the domain of fault diagnosis for the process, decomposes it into some comparatively independent components, and assigns specific diagnosis agents to them. Through cooperation among agents, the fault diagnosis result of whole process can be got by making full use of the partial information. In conclusion, the satisfactory results are obtained in the simulation of fault diagnosis.
