摘 要: 针对300 MW机组低压加热器疏水系统运行时存在的泵故障率高、管道振动大、投运率低等问题,根据对水泵的各种调节方式的分析比较和疏水系统运行特性,提出了将变频调速控制技术用于低压加热器疏水泵上的改造方案,即将低压加热器疏水控制方式由阀门调节改为疏水泵变频调速控制,改造后的经济效益分析表明该改造方案节省了电能,提高了经济性和稳定性。 Aiming at some problems of the low pressure heater draining system of 300 MW turbogenerator set in Zhanjiang Power Plant, such as higher pump fault rate, larger pipeline vibration, shorter service time etc., a modification project was put forward and applied based on the analysis of different pump adjusting modes and the drainage system characteristics. The project was that, using frequency-converting technology, the water level in the low-pressure heaters could be controlled by Variable Frequency Variable Speed (VFVS) of drainage pump's power supply instead of valves. Cost-estimation-analysis after the modification demonstrates that using frequency control technique decreases energy consumption and improves economic behavior and operation stability.
