摘 要: 比较了海藻酸钠和壳聚糖两种载体及不同固定化方法对单宁酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶的共固定化效果,结果表明以海藻酸钠为载体,采用交联-包埋-交联固定化方法的效果最佳。对共固定化条件进行了优化,可使单宁酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶的活力回收率分别达67.3%和46.0%。 The effects of two kinds of carriers and four different kinds of immobilized methods on the co-immobilization of tannase and β-glucosidase were investigated in this work. The results showed that the best co-immobilization could be obtained by selecting sodium alginate as the immobilized carrier and using the crosslinking-embedding-crosslinking method. The conditions of co-immobilization were also optimized, under which the activity recoveries of tannase and β- glucosidase could reach 67.3 % and 46.0%, respectively.
