摘 要: 为配合氯化聚丙烯作为聚烯烃树脂涂饰用的底漆研究,通过用旋转粘度计测剪切应力和剪切速率的关系,发现氯化聚丙烯及其马来酸酐接枝物在接枝率小于2.2%、浓度小于10%时的甲苯溶液属于牛顿型流体.用旋转粘度计和乌氏粘度计测得的粘度数据可以用比浓粘度二级维里方程式统一描述,在氯化聚丙烯-醇酸树脂-石油树脂-甲苯体系中,溶液的粘度也可以用氯化聚丙烯质量分数的二级多项式拟合,从而得到了氯化聚丙烯甲苯溶液多元体系粘度随浓度的变化关系. In order to investigate the application of chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) as a kind of undercoat for the finishing paint with polyolefine resin, the relationship of shear stress to shear rate of the solution was tested by using a rotary viscometer. It is found that the toluene solution exhibits as Newtonian fluid when the grafting rate of graft polymer of chlorinated polypropylene and maleic anhydride is less than 2.2% and the concentration less than 10%. The data of viscosity measured with rotary viscometer and Ubbelohde viscometer can be uniformly described by the second-order Virial equation of specific concentration- viscosity. The viscosity of solution in the system of CPP-alkyd resin-petroleum resin-toluene could also be fitted with the second-order polynomial of CPP mass-fraction, so that the dependence of viscosity of a multi component system such as the toluene solution of CPP upon its concentration was obtained.
