摘 要: 建立了用一阶导数分光光度法测定司帕沙星的新方法,该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性好等特点,用于测定司帕沙星片剂中司帕沙星的含量,结果令人满意。 The first derivative spectrophotometric method is presented for the determination of sparfloxacin (SPFX) in tablets. The linear range of the determination is 1.4-22.0 μg·mL^-1 for SPFX with r=0. 9998. The detection limit is 0.05 μg· mL^- 1 The relative standard deviation for the determination of 12 μg· mL^- 1 SPFX is 1.4 % (n= 10). The recoveries are in the range of 99 % -104 %. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The analytical result is satisfactory.
