摘 要: 研究了新型水包水型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对麦草浆的助留作用。采用单务件确定法,考查了CPAM用量(相对于绝干纤维)、搅拌速度、加入CPAM后的反应时间、硫酸铝用量、浆料pH以及水中盐(NaCl)离子浓度等因素对其效果的影响,确定了在漂白麦草浆中CPAM的最佳应用条件:w(CPAM)=0.04%(相对于绝干纤维),加入CPAM后的反应时间为1min,搅拌速度为800r/min,w(硫酸铝)=3%,pH=2.0—8,0,c(NaCl)=200mmol/L。实验还证明CPAM乳液对水溶液中杂离子的累计具有一定的抵抗能力,能够满足造纸厂封闭循环用水的要求,同时在酸性至中碱性的浆料pH范围内.其助留效果都很好。 The application of water in water cationic polyacylamide emulsion(CPAM) used in bleached wheat pulp was studied. The main factors, such as adding amount of CPAM, the dosage of sulfate aluminium, pH value of the bleached wheat pulp, reaction time after adding the CPAM and the concentration of the electrolyte (sodium chloride), that influenced the performance of CPAM were discussed here in detail. The best application conditions of CPAM in bleached wheat pulp were finaly obtained as follows: the dosage of CPAM was 0.04% relative to dry fiber; the reaction time was 1 minutes after adding the CPAM; the stirring speed was 800 r/min; the addition level of aluminum sulfate was 3% relative to dry fiber; the pH value was 2.0 - 8.0 and the concentration of sodium chloride was 200 mmol/L relative to dry fiber.
