摘　　要： 建设学习型社会,首先要把我们党建设成为学习型政党。党支部要组织党员进行学习,同时解决好思想认识和学习理念的问题,党员学习与带动群众的问题,制度机制与激励政策的问题,教育方式与投入保障的问题。 To create a learning society, the Chinese Communist Party should be first made into a learning Party. Party branches should organize the Party members to study and solve such problems as the awareness of the importance, the idea and forms of learning, the integration of Party members＇ learning and their leading function in the masses, the formulation of learning regulations and motivation systems, and the guaranteeing of necessary investment as well.
