摘　　要： 丰田4S-FE型发动机ECU采用26P+16P+12P的端子结构,有19个输入信号和11个输出信号。给出了该ECU内部结构及各端子代号和含义。对ECU稳压电源电路、模拟信号输入电路等各子系统电路的工作原理进行了介绍。例举了对发动机ECU损坏故障、发动机喷油器连续喷油故障的分析及排除。 The ECU of Toyota 4S-FE engine uses the 12P＋16P＋12P terminal configuration,it has 19 input signals and 11 output signals.The inside structure and terminal codes and meanings of the ECU are given.The working principle of its regulated power supply electric circuit and its analog signal input electric circuit are introduced.Analysis and removal of ECU failure and engine fuel injector failure are given in the paper.
