摘 要: 以鸡新城疫病毒为模式病毒,分别以不同浓度人工合成的免疫刺激序列CpG DNA联合鸡新城疫低毒力活疫苗免疫SPF新生小鸡,通过ELISA法检测鸡血清中抗-NDV抗体水平,并用MTT法检测淋巴细胞白介素-2诱生活性以及淋巴细胞增殖指数(SI),结果显示不同浓度的CpG DNA均能显著提高仔鸡的特异性抗体滴度、淋巴细胞白介素-2诱生活性以及淋巴细胞增殖反应,证明CpG DNA能显著增强鸡对常规疫苗的免疫应答能力。 The newborn chicken were immunized by the different concentration of CpG motifs and Newcastle disease mild living vaccine ,the titre of specific antibodies to Newcastle disease mild living vaccine were measured by ELISA ,the proliferation of lymphocytes and induced IL-2 activities were detected by MTT. The results showed that the above-mentioned immune responses of the newborn chicken to different concentration of CpG motifs were significantly stronger than routine immunities.
