摘　　要： 目的:调查广州地区汉族人群8个Y-STR基因座单倍型的多态性。方法:用PCR及AB I 377测序仪检测111例广州地区汉族男性DYS19、DYS389Ⅰ/Ⅱ、DYS390、DYS391、DYS392、DYS393及DYS385等位基因及单倍型分布状况。结果:111例广州地区汉族男性中观察到110种单倍型,只有1种单倍型为2个个体所共有,单倍型多样性为0.991。结论:8个Y-STR基因座的单倍型具有高度的多态性,是男性个体识别的良好标记。 Objective： To obtain the data of Y-chromosome STR haplotype in Guangzhou Han population. Methods： A total of 111 men have been typed for the Y-chromosome minimal haplotype STR markers DYS19, DYS389 Ⅰ/Ⅱ, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, DYS393 and DYS385. PCR products were detected by ABI377 using allelic ladders. Results： An evaluation of the 111 chromosomes revealed 110 different haplotype. Only 1 of the haplotype was found more than once. The overall haplotype diversity was 0.991. Conclusion： The Y-chromosome minimal haplotype STR markers are highly polymorphic STR systems for male identification.
