摘 要: 以纳米氧化铝为弥散颗粒,对低温牙科烤瓷材料进行了增强、增韧.采用X射线衍射技术研究了氧化铝在烧结体中的存在形态,并分析了氧化铝添加量对材料强度、硬度和韧性的影响.结果表明:牙科烤瓷材料的抗弯强度、硬度和韧性随纳米氧化铝添加量的增加而增加;在烧结温度不超过900℃时,添加1.5%(质量分数)的纳米氧化铝对牙科烤瓷材料有明显的增强增韧作用. Nano-sized Al2O3 powders were used as dispersed particles to improve the toughness and strength of lowtemperature dental porcelain fused to metal, and XRD was used to determine the phase composition of nano-sized Al2O3 in the sintered specimen. The effects of Al2O3 content on the strength, hardness and toughness of the sintered specimen were also investigated. Results show that the bending strength, hardness and toughness increase with the content of nano-sized Al2O3, and that adding 1.5% ( mass fraction) of nano-sized Al2O3 into the dental porcelain may remarkably enhance the strength and toughness when the sintering temperature is not higher than 900℃.
