摘　　要： 研究了双波长分光光度法测定土壤中的硝态氮，结果与酚二磺酸法相符，样品标准加入回收率为90％-109％，PSD）为2．22％-3．45％。结果表明；该方法具有选择性好、灵敏度高、操作简便、测定范围宽、能有效消除亚硝酸盐、氯离子、有机物的干扰等优点。 The determination of nitric nitrogen in soil extracts by dual wavelength spectrophotometric was stuied.The method was highly sensitive and convenient operation. It was used to determine soil extract sample and the results agreed well with those by phenol disulphonic acid. The recovery was 90% - 109%, and the RSD was 2.22% - 3.45% （n = 6）.
