摘　　要： 我国早期建设的高速公路因交通量急剧增长而不得不进行改扩建,但改扩建工程的实施对高速公路的车辆通行往往有很大影响。如何进行高速公路改扩建工程交通组织设计目前还没有一套科学合理实用的理论体系。通过对高速公路改扩建工程交通组织的基础条件的分析,探讨了改扩建工程交通组织设计原则和设计方法,以期能为今后高速公路改扩建工程交通组织设计提供参考。 The expressways that constructed at early stage in China must be reconstructed and expanded, but to implement a reconstruction and expansion engineering generally exerts great influence on expressway traffic. However, there＇s not a set of scientific, reasonable, applied system of theory about how to design traffic operation for reconstruction and expansion engineering at present. Through the analysis of fundamental conditions of traffic operation for reconstruction and expansion engineering, some principles and means about traffic operation design for reconstruction and expansion engineering are discussed, which may be used for reference for traffic operation design of reconstruction and expansion engineering of expressway in the future.
