摘 要: 采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了CW-200型转向架构架的柔性体模型,在此基础上,利用动力学软件SIMPACK建立了完整的CW-200型客车系统动力学模型,通过时域积分,计算出系统结构的振动响应和各项动力学指标,把构架动态载荷重新引入ANSYS中后得到构架各部位的应力分布云图以及关键部位的动态应力-时间历程。本文的研究方法不仅实现了有限元计算与多体动力学分析之间的有效结合,而且完成了多体系统动力学研究中刚体与柔性体之间的耦合,是构架设计新方法的尝试。 The flexible multi-body dynamics method was used to research the bogie frame dynamic stress. With the ANSYS Code, the flexible model of Bogie Frame CW-200 was built. With the SIMPACK Code, the dynamic model of the complete railway vehicle system was established and the vibration response and dynamic parameters were obtained by time domain integration. Finally, the dynamic loads from SIMPACK were input back to ANSYS and stress distribution of the flexible bogie frame was calculated out with the dynamic stress time history. The research method joins FEA with MBS and couples rigid body with flexible body in the multibody system, and it would grow into a new design method of the bogie frame.
