摘　　要： 在回顾中国优秀运动员奖励制度的发展历程的基础上,对中国优秀运动员奖励制度的实施现状进行了分析,认为现行奖励制度实施的基本特点是国家奖励突出奥运战略、地方奖励差异显著、社会积极参与奖励、物质奖励力度不断加大、精神奖励趋向多样化. Based on the looking back the origin and development of elite athletes awarded system in China, The author thinks the actuality of the current systems in practice are as follows： national award give prominence to Olympics stratagem, local award is dissimilar evidently, society participate positively in awarding, the quantity of material award is increasing continuously and spirit award tend to be multiform.
