摘 要: 研究了以木质纤维素、聚氨酯为原料合成高强度纸张的方法,并分析了经加工的纸张的物理特性及其表面形态。研究结果表明:木素-TD I-PEG线型遥爪聚合物能够和纸张中纤维素的羟基反应,生成氨基甲酸酯结构,不仅使纸张中的纤维之间产生大量的交联结构,而且把木素与纤维联结起来,从而形成纤维-木素-TD I-PEG四元体系型聚氨酯复合材料,使纸张的耐折度、挺度、耐破度和湿强度等物理指标有了明显的改善,为纸张在包装、建筑等工农业生产中开辟更为广阔的前景。 The methods of synthesizing high strength paper with lignocellulosic material and polyure-thane were investigated. The surface feature and physical characteristics of the paper were also analyzed. It was found that carbomate bond was formed between lignin - TDI - PEG tele - chelate polymer and lignocellu- lose in paper because lignin--TDI--PEG tele - chelate polymer reacted with hydroxyl of cellulose in fibers. Carbomate bond bonded the fibers in paper together. Moreover, this kind of crosslink also connected fiber with lignin. Therefore, the fiber - lignin - TDI - PEG type polyurethane was formed, which enhanced the physical strength of papers and broadened the application fields of papers such as packaging and architecture.
