摘　　要： 行政立法是行政机关的重要职能,行政机关所制定的行政法规、规章等是当代中国法律体系的重要组成部分。我国行政立法所存在的弊端及如何完善一直是学界关注的热点。对于存在的问题需要通过立法学和行政法学相结合的这一较新的视角来剖析,解决好这些问题要有正确的思路及可行的对策。 The administrative legalization is an important function of administrative organ.The administrative regulations made by the administrative organs are an important part of the contemporary Chinese legal system,and play a significant role in the process of administrating the country in accordance with the law.How to overcome the drawbacks existing in the administrative legalization has been a hot spot for the circle of research.It is advisable to combine legislative studies with administrative legislative studies.
