库拉索芦荟炭疽病菌生物学特性与药剂毒力测定研究

摘  要: 对芦荟炭疽病危害症状、形态特征的观察以及温度、湿度、pH值对库拉索芦荟炭疽病菌生长和孢子萌发的影响研究结果表明:该菌菌丝生长适宜温度为25~35℃、最适温度为30℃,分生孢子萌发适宜温度范围为20~30℃、最适温度为25℃;该菌在pH2~10条件下均能生长、最适pH值为5,分生孢子在pH2~7条件下均能萌发、最适pH值为4~6;分生孢子在饱和湿度或水滴中萌发快,相对湿度低于60%时不能萌发;分生孢子的致死温度为60℃。不同防治药剂的毒力测定结果表明,50%施保功、80%炭疽立克、45%炭轮快克、30%氧氯化铜和10%世高等5种杀菌剂的抑菌作用明显。 The effect of temperature, pH and moisture on the mycelial growth, and conidial germination of Aloe vera anthracnose fungus ( Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. ) was primarily studied. For the mycelial growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides , the range of suitable temperature was 25~35 12, the optimum being 3012, and the range of pH was 2~10, the optimum being 5. For the conidial germination , the range of suitable temperature was 20~3012, the optimum being 2512, and the range of pH was 2~7 , the optimum being 4~6. When relative humidity reached 100% or in water, the percentage of conidial germination was highest. The lethal temperature for the spores was 5012 remaining 10 minutes. 50% sporgon, 80 % prochlorax, 4596 thriam carbendazim, 30 % copper oxychloride and difenoconazole can be very effective in controlling these disease of mycelial growth and conidospore germination.
