摘　　要： 通过对我国竞技体育项目结构调整与布局及近几届夏季奥运会美、俄、中三国奖牌项目分布特征分析,旨在探索项目结构与布局调整的基本规律,为我国竞技体育备战2008年奥运会提出对策建议。结果显示,第28届奥运会我国竞技体育项目结构与布局调整的效果已显现,奖牌覆盖面有所扩大。认为应继续坚持奥运项目结构优化与布局调整,将有利于增强我国竞技体育总体实力和国际竞争力,缩小与世界竞技体育强国的差距。 By comparing the medal arangment of sports among U.S. , Russia and China and present condition of native sports, according to the development principle in the Eighth Document about competation items which is enhencing the advantageous items and making abvious break - through in track and fields and swimming, we draw the conclusion idea of the item structural adjustment and ~nt of sport and put forword some countmeatures. It aim to provide scientific and rational referrences for the development of our competitive spore.
