摘 要: 教师职业是最容易发生工作倦怠的职业之一。社会及高职教育大环境、高职院校的组织管理以及个人素质等是高职院校青年教师产生工作倦怠的影响因素。通过提高社会对高职院校的认识,加强高职院校管理机制以及教师个人素质的改善可以减轻青年教师的工作倦怠。 Teaching is one of the vocations that is most easy to bring about job burnout. The causes involve the whole circumstances of society and vocational education, the organization and administration of academies, and individual factom etc. Enhancing the understanding of the higher vocational education; strengthening the administrative system of academies and modifying individual factors, may alleviate job burnout of youth teachers.
