摘 要: A HPLC method for determination of potassium sodium 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolidesuccinate was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.04mol/L KH2PO4-methanol(3∶7) at thedetection wavelength of 250nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.005 - 2mg/ml and the detection limit was4.4ng.
