摘　　要： 结合实地调查结果,首先从组织形式、教育规模、教育能力等几个方面描述杨凌示范区农民职业培训的基本现状;分析指出了现行中杨凌农民职业培训存在的问题以及相关建议。 With the practical investigation, the basic conditions of the peasant＇s professional training in Yangling were firstly described from the organizational form, educational scope and the educational ability. Secondly, the problems of the peasant＇s professional training were analyzed. Finally, several advices on the future development of professional training were presented.
