摘　　要： Vietnam is abundant in energy sources with the extensive export of coal and oil to foreign countries for many years. China,one of the markets for the energy sources,imports crude oil and coal from the country and then exports gas to it. The good and stable relations between the two countries provide favorable conditions for their bilateral cooperation on energy sources despite the fact that further bilateral cooperation is still needed for the exploration of other resources.
