摘 要: 建立了体液中卡托普利的毛细管电泳高频电导分析法,并用于血清、尿液中卡托普利含量的测定。对电泳介质的种类、浓度以及操作电压和进样量等影响因素进行了优化。实验采用3.0 mmol/L环己胺+5.0 mmol/L H3BO3+0.50 mol/L乙醇水溶液作为电泳介质,分离电压20.0 kV,可在8 m in内实现对卡托普利的分离检测。 A method based on capillary electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detection was developed for the determination of captopril in body fluids. In this study, key factors for the separation and determination were studied and the best analysis conditions were obtained. In a buffer system of 3.0 mmol/L cyclohexylamine + 5.0 mmol/L boric acid + 0. 50 mol/L ethanol, when 20.0 kV was used as the separation potential, the optimal separation was obtained. Under the chosen conditions, captopril was eluted within 8 min.
