摘 要: 笔者对7家IT企业的383名员工进行了问卷调查,探讨IT企业员工工作压力、压力源与工作态度之间关系。结构方程模型分析的结果表明(1)工作任务负担和角色模糊是造成工作压力的主要原因;(2)工作压力直接增强员工的离职意向;(3)员工的工作任务负担、角色模糊、上级的支持、知识更新的迫切性对工作满意感有显著的直接影响,并通过工作满意感,间接影响员工的企业归属感和离职意向。 The authors have investigated 383 employees in 7 IT organizations to explore the relationships among job stressors, job stress and job attitude. The results of structure equation model analysis indicate that, (1) workload and role ambiguity are the main cause of job stress, (2)job stress strengthens turnover intention directly, and (3) employee's workload, role ambiguity, perceived supervisor's support and imminence to learn lead to both direct impact onj ob satisfaction and indirect impact on organizational commitment and turnover intention throughj ob satisfaction.
