摘　　要： 基于APDL参数化分析,设计了25号钢双丝焊接仿真的方法,包括有限元模型的参数化建立、焊接热源模型的参数化表示、热源移动的参数化实现、后处理模式的参数化方法。用该方法建立的APDL程序,只需输入材料及焊接参数,即可通过ANSYS分析获得与实际焊接相吻合的仿真结果。 Based on APDL parametric analysis,it designs the simulation method for double wire welding of 25 steel,which includes parametric modeling of finite element,parametric description of weld heat source model,parametric actualization of the heat source motion,and parametric method of postprocessing.After the material and welding parameters being inputted,the APDL program,which is programmed with this method,can lead to simulate the results tallying with practical welding by ANSYS analysis.
