摘　　要： 我国体育竞赛实行俱乐部制改革已经有10年,期间取得了长足的进展,但也存在一些问题,主要是由于体制不健全、俱乐部制改革不彻底等原因造成的.通过对我国体育俱乐部的经营和组织现状及影响我国体育俱乐部发展的因素进行分析,提出了改进建议与发展对策. It has been ten years for the sports competition to execute the club system in China, and the reform has made some progress , but there still existed some shortcoming. These problems are mainly because of the shortage of the soundness of the system and the downrightness of the clubs reform. This article puts forward the suggestions and the counter- measures by analyzing the factors those affect the development of the sports clubs in China
