摘　　要： 介绍了丝光牛仔的面料特点和加工过程中的影响因素,并通过大量试验确定了整个丝光牛仔布的加工工艺过程,即采用淀粉酶退浆,烧碱浓度240 g/L,定形温度100℃等。 This paper introduced the properties of the mercerized denim and studied the factors that influence the processing of the denim fabric, especially analyzed the mechanical of the mercerization. Through lots of experiment, the whole and suitable processes of the mercerized denim are worked out, that is amylase desizing, concentration of caustic soda 240 g/L, and setting temperature 100℃.
