摘　　要： 由广东省最早提出并得到周边其他省区积极响应的“泛珠江三角洲”区域合作已由理论构想进入了实质操作层面。文章主要探讨了泛珠三角区域构想与意义,对该区域的重构与整合所具有的优劣势、面临的机遇与挑战进行了深入的分析,并提出了相应的策略与建议。 The plan about the cooperation of the Pan-pearl River Delta was produced by Guangdong and get positive responds from other members. The paper mainly discusses the necessity and significance of closer cooperation of the Pan-pearl River Delta, and fully explains strength and worse ,opportunity and challenge of cooperation of the Pan-pearl River Delta. Based on empirical research, the paper put forward .some rational counters measures and proposals in order to promote common economic development of the Pan-pearl River Delta.
