摘 要: 应用熔体流动速率仪测量了3种硅藻土填充聚丙烯复合材料的熔体体积流动速率(MVR),以考察填料含量和粒径对复合体系流动特性的影响。结果表明:复合材料的MVR随着温度的提高和载荷的增加而呈非线性函数形式增大;而随着填料体积分数和粒径的增加而下降。 It measured the melt volume flow rate(MVR) of three kinds of polypropylene composites filled with three different kinds of diatomite respectively by use of the melt flow rate instrument to investigate the influencing effects of the content and particles diameter of fillers on the fluidity of the composites. The results showed that the MVR of the composites increases nonlinearly with the increase of temperature and load; but decreased with the increase of the volume fraction and particles diameter of the fillers.
