摘　　要： 如何培养适应现代化建设需要的高素质医学人才，是医学高等院校及其教学医院、临床学院等需要共同研讨的系统工程。本文阐述了异地教学医学生的素质现状，并提出了转变教育观念、创新思想道德教育、改革专业设置和课程体系、建苎操作规范和监督引导评估体系、建设高素质的教师队伍、大力开展医院文化建设以及加强医学生的情感教育等对策。 How to train high-quality medical personnel who can adapt themselves to demands of modernization is a comprehensive project for medical colleges as well as their teaching hospitals and clinical schools to study together. The authors expound on the present situation of the quality of medical students taught in other places, offer countermeasures such as changing the educational ideas, innovating moral education, reforming specialty arrangement and curricular system, building up the evaluation system, constructing teaching staff of high quality, carrying out hospital culture construction and strengthening the emotion edueation for the medical students.
