摘　　要： 中小型企业的信息化程度直接影响着整个国民经济的持续发展。本文通过对中小型企业的现状及实施ERP系统的困难进行分析，总结了适合中小型企业管理软件的特征，提出了将ERP先进的管理思想与工作流系统的基本思想结合起来，来开发适合中小型企业需要的软件的方法，并提出了一种适合中小型企业需要的管理软件解决方案。 The standard of information system in the medium and small enterprises directly affects the development of the national economy. Through the analysis of the difficulties when practicing ERP system in enterprises of the two kinds, the authors have summarized the specialties of the management software these enterprises need, and put forward that the advanced ERP management idea in combination with basic idea of workflow system is expected to provide a solution to the management software, and such a solution has been suggested in the paper.
