摘　　要： 在大战略的视域和维度中针对朝鲜半岛的客观情势,合理运用多种手段,在外交上运行主动预防战略,在经济上推进共同成长战略,在安全上促成互助合作战略。这在根本上既有利于消除朝鲜半岛统一进程中的各种障碍,又有利于促进半岛北南双方的自主和平统一,并可能促成统一后的朝鲜半岛成为一个奉行“无核化”和“中立化”的国家而非对中国的安全环境造成负面影响。 A grand strategy should be adopted to deal with the situation at the Korean Peninsula. The strategy should involve the use of multiple means, an active and preventive diplomacy, advance of economy on the basis of mutual benefits and promotion of cooperative security. This wiU necessarily help eliminate the various barriers in the unification of the Korean Peninsula, and furthermore, ensure that the unified Korean Peninsula wiU be a “nuclear-free” and “neutralized” state with a positive effect on Chinese security surroundings.
