摘 要: 尼氏钝绥螨喜食二斑叶螨的卵,日均捕食量达20.6粒,对二斑叶螨若螨的功能反应呈HollingⅡ型。丝瓜花粉饲养下,其发育历期为5.1259天。雌雄成螨寿命分别为60.33天和5.29天,日平均产卵量达1.41粒;而用青杠花粉饲养,其发育历期长达9.59天,雌雄成螨寿命缩短为37.17天和3.87天,日平均产卵量仅0.86粒。混合花粉饲养的各项指标居两者之间。内禀增长率和周限增长率大小依次为丝瓜花粉>混合花粉>青杠花粉。性比分别为丝瓜花粉2.29:1,混合花粉1.86:1,青杠花粉1.67:1,以益害比1:15释放于草莓棚内,能有效地抑制二斑叶螨的发生。 Amblyseius nicholsi prefered eggs to other stages of two spotted mite (Tetranychus urticae).Mean number preyed was 20. 6 per day. Its functional response to nymph of T. urticae was shown as Holling Ⅱ. When A. nichosi fed with pollen of sponge gourd, the circle, life span of both female and male,and mean oviposition amount of the mites were 5. 13 days, 60. 33 days, 5. 29 days, 1. 41 egg per day, respectively. But fed with oakery pollen,indices as above were 9. 59 days, 37. 17 days, 3. 89 days,and 0. 86 per day,respectively. Fed with fixed pollen (ratio of gourd to oakery is 1: 9), indices ranged between the gourd's and oakery's. Innate capacity of increase and finite rate of increase of A. nichosi fed with three kinds of pollen were in the following order: goned's>oakery's > fixed pollen's. The ratio of female to male of A. nicholsi showed sponge gourd,2. 29. fixed pollen, 1. 86,oakery, 1. 67. By release in plastic shed,A. nicholsi gives a effective control over two spotted mite on strawberry.
