摘 要: 大批量定制是21世纪制造业一种重要的模式,产品建模是其核心技术之一。以仿生为背景围绕大批量定制产品建模,首先分析了产品重用策略,然后论述了模块化原理及其构件表示,在阐述基于事物特性描述的标准构件信息表达基础上,说明了产品基因建模的概念、特点和划分准则。 Mass Customization is an important production mode in 21st century, and one of its core technologies is product modeling. At present, there are some studies about mass customization product modeling, but few of them are referred to bionics. Focused on mass customization product modeling, product reuse strategy is analyzed at first; then the modulization theory and its component description are elucidated. Based on the standard component information description through using article characterization, concept, character and partition rule are discussed.
