摘　　要： 构建布局合理、多层次、多功能、高水平、高效益、开放式的实验室体系,是培养高素质创新人才、提高教育质量和科技水平的重要条件保证;以改革为本,以创新为源,结合学校实际,探索建立适应新时期高等教育发展的实验室管理体系,全面推进实验室的建设和管理水平。 It is important support for training creative high-quality talents and enhancing education quality or science and technology level to construct an opening laboratory system with rational distribution, multiple levels and functions, high standard and efficiency. Based on the reforming and innovation, a new laboratory system according to the high-grade education development in the new times was discussed so as to advance the construction and management of laboratories.
