摘 要: 本文就LS-DYNA在液压成形的数值模拟中所遇到的如单元类型的选择、接触和摩擦的处理、等效拉深模型的建立及液体压力的加载等关键技术的处理作了研究介绍,并通过应用实例分析,证明了该方法在板料液压成形分析的可行性。 The paper illustrated some key problems in sheet metal hydroforming numerical simulation such as element model, contact and friction model, equivalent drawbead model and load-flow in LS-DYNA software, meanwhile introduced some methods to deal with these problems. On the basis, A example is given which was simulated by LS-DYNA software to verify the feasibility and effect of the key technology.
