摘　　要： 库存管理是供应链管理的重要内容,供应链上组织流、信息流、物流的不畅是导致供应链库存不当的重要原因。为消除供应链库存现象,要从主要思想、产生背景、优劣势、实施前提条件、适用范围、模型六个方面进行现代库存管理,即供应商库存管理、联合库存管理、合作计划预测与补给方法。 Inventory management is the major content of supply chain management, in which the coordination of organizational structure, information flow and logistics decide the supply chain investory management. The paper presents a comparative study on modem invetory management approaches in terms of concept, background, advantages and disadvantages, conditiom, application and model, which mainly include vendor managed inventory, jointly managed inventory and collaboration planning, forecasting and replenishment.
