摘 要: 在机床设计中为了选择合理的床身支承方式,本文基于三维CAD/CAE技术,用三维CAD软件Pro/Engineer建立了M7130/H型平面磨床床身的三维实体模型,并用三维CAE分析软件ANSYS对该床身的不同支承方式进行了分析比较,得出了用非对称五点支承方式为最佳支承方式的结论。 In order to choose suitable support type, based on 3D CAD/CAE technology, a 3D solid model of M7130/H plane grinding machine's bed was built with 3D CAD software of Pro/Engineer, and different support types were analyzed and compared with 3D CAE software of ANSYS, the result shows that unsymmetrical 5 points support type is the best choice.
