摘　　要： 评估型政府的产生和发展是20世纪80年代以来西欧高等教育政策的重要特征。评估型政府不仅改变了政府与高等教育之间的关系,而且影响着许多国家的高等教育制度。因此,把握评估型政府的概念、特征、影响以及存在的问题,是高等教育研究领域的重要问题。 The emergence and development of the evaluative government is an important characteristic of the policy of higher education in Western Europe.The evaluative government not only changes the relationship between the government and higher education,but also affects higher education institution.It is an important issue for the study of higher education to seize the concept,characteristics,influence and the existent problems of the evaluative government.
