摘　　要： 本文综合考察了研究俄罗斯农村土地制度改革。俄罗斯农地制度私有化改革包括土地私有化和建立私人农场。土地私有化的主要手段是股份化,目的是建立私人农场。本文认为,俄罗斯农地私有化的进展和绩效不佳,不应夸大土地私有化改革的作用,这对我国农地制度改革所有启示。 The paper approaches the privatization of rural land system in Russia through current literatures and fieldwork. The land privatization is realized mainly by granting the shares to make private household farms. The Paper argues that the privatization in Russia has not achieved good development and performance. Finally, some inspirations are drawn for China to shape its future land reform.
