摘 要: 对液相控制沉淀制备超细Co3O4的工艺进行了研究,通过控制沉淀剂用量、表面活性剂用量及种类等条件,可制备出分散性能好、球形的Co3O4粉末,平均粒径约50 nm.该法工艺简单,容易实现工业化生产. A liquid-control-precipitation (LCP) method to prepare ultra-fine Co3O4 is studied in this paper. The well-dispersed and spherical ultra-fine Co3O4 particles, average grain size 50 nm, were successfully gained by controlling precipitation concentration and surfactant. The LCP method has the advantage of simple processing and is easy to be industrialized.
