摘　　要： 本文作者通过逐个分析并反驳反女性主义法学对女性主义法学的诘难,为女性主义法学进行辩护,指出女性主义法学是对法律基本概念及其关系和原则进行分析,特别是以父权制作为中心命题的一个法学流派;抵制父权制是所有女性主义法学的共同特点,也是其区别其他法理学的个性特点;并且以"法律外围者"为其基本立场姿态的女性主义法学有着独特的重要哲学意义,女性主义法学作为一种法学流派具有合法性。 The author objects the anti-feminist and advocates feminist jurisprudence, points out that it is the jurisprudence engaged in the analysis of fundamental legal relations, concepts and principles, especially focus on the tissue of patriarchy; To reject the patriarchy is what all the feminists theories share in common and different from others; And because standing in the legal outsiders＇ position, feminist jurisprudence obviously is philosophically interesting; Thus, feminist jurisprudence has the very legitimacy as one of jurisprudence.
