摘　　要： 我国的分时度假业还处于起步阶段,规范的行业法规、制度和确实可行的开发措施对其健康发展能够起到路径先导的作用。本文在介绍分时度假的概况和开发意义的基础上,着重探讨了我国分时度假业开发规范的建立,并对其开发提出了建议措施。 At the beginning stage, proper regulations and measures is important to healthy development of timeshare in China. In the base of introduction of timeshare and its advantage, this article put forwards some proposals about how to establish proper regulations for timeshare and some measures to exploit timeshare in China.
